How to use your Emotional Authority correctly? What does it mean to have a wave? And most importantly, how not to get swayed away by the overwhelming emotions?

Recognizing Your Emotions
All humans have emotions, not just the people with defined Solar Plexus. Those who have an Emotional Authority will experience them stronger because the chemicals are constantly running in their bodies. It is crucial for all humans to acknowledge and understand their own emotions. Why? Because the unconscious emotions wreck havoc in our world. Vast majority of the suffering we see originates in the energy being created with the intense emotions that are not acknowledged, accepted and processed.
Emotional Experiment:
Every time you notice an emotion arising, consciously tell yourself:
Thank you for showing me what I need to pay attention to!
I know the emotion is there for a reason.
It is a lesson, a pointer that invites me in to explore.
It really is not necessary to overly analyze the emotions. The analyzing comes from the mind. This will take you nowhere! I know from personal experience that in the past I could talk about my emotions forever and keep going in circles for years. The non judgment approach is way better as it allows the emotions to pass. By talking and analyzing we literally draw more energy into them!
Start Mindfulness Meditation daily
Mindfulness Meditation is a first step to recognizing your emotions
Simply sit with yourself and observe your breathing
Observe how you feel , without judgment and attachment
It takes years of practice to accomplish fully but, the most acute anxious feelings can be relieved within days or weeks upon trying this method
Start small: 5-10 minutes a day for a month
If 5 minutes feels too long, start with 1 minute
Set a timer, play a meditative music and just give it a try. Your brain and your body will thank you!

Meditation helps with increasing your brain function and calming down the thoughts that arise
Next step is to practice living in the moment, living in the NOW
Here are few tips on how to start doing that
Draw or paint your emotions
This method does not require any technical or artistic skills. Did you notice how children naturally draw and paint until they become older and too critical of their skill? It is because they naturally know how to process their experience by using simple symbols and colours in their drawing. You too can reconnect with this intuitive wisdom:
Simply grab a piece of paper and coloured pencils.
Sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Take few mindful breaths- focus on the air's movement through your body.
Grab a colour you feel attracted to and start drawing
Doesn't matter what you are drawing, it can be series of lines, patterns, or a scene
Stay neutral throughout the process- especially pay attention to your inner critic. If the critical voice arises, thank it for trying to protect you but gently refuse to listen
When you finish, look at the drawing and ask yourself: what have I expressed?
What are the colours and shapes trying to tell me?
Visit a specialized therapist who works with subconscious mind or a Human Design Consultant
